Sponsorship

Through the years I have made a lot of personal financial sacrifice to participate in this sport. With the downturn in the economy, it is even tougher to afford. I dedicate myself to the workouts & eating habits required to excel and hate to think of having to delay my return to the stage next year only due to financial difficulty. I would greatly appreciate any contributions to help offset the cost of training, contest prep and travel. If you or your company would like to help as a sponsor, please contact me to discuss sponsorship opportunities for finances, products or services.

There are so many expenses associated with bodybuilding! Although a competitor may only compete once or twice a year some expenses are perpetual. Bodybuilding is a lifestyle of training and eating, to grow & to continue to make physical changes. I’m often asked if I’m preparing for a show. In fact, I’m ALWAYS in preparation for the next competition! Even in the offseason we are building muscle in anticipation of our next event so that we can always show some change the next time we are on stage, even if that just entails balancing some muscle groups or developing better condition. Some expenses through the year, like grocery bills & gym fees, are still considered competition expenses as they are all necessary for this continued development.

Following is a list of general expenses associated with a single competition. It is not necessarily a complete list and some of the expenses are averaged.
